WHAT IS GOING ON...

Going on the 3rd week now and my order has not been collected and exchanged. I have called into Zando with no luck to date. the courier company tells them one story about collection whereas i have security footage of no one coming to my residence on the date they say they did come by. please could someone urgently assist. thanks
