WEBSITE ISSUES AND POOR CORRESPONDENCE

On 26 March 2018 Zando.co.za was running a promotion which was to end by midnight of that day. According to the promotion, should you purchase items to the value of R2500 or more, you would be eligible to a 40% discount through entering a voucher code. At checkout, I followed the instructions as provided on their website, but it had given me errors repeatedly. After contacting them via email, I received one response from Aqeelah Saralina requesting screenshots, which I sent immediately. I have since sent 4 additional requests for feedback, but have not received any. I still fully expect to receive the 40% discount as this was problem on the part of Zando.co.za. I furthermore expect prompt correspondence in this regard.
