WE dont have stock but we will find and Exchange

I bought a great pair of Levi jeans at a flash sale on Zando and was horrified when I realised they did not fit it was my mistake. I loved them but the website said they had no stock available to exchange. Z'Don was a service provide on the live chat function on the Zando page who helped me. He arranged for them to be fetched new stock found exchanged and redelivered at the sale price which was R319 from R799. It wasn't a big deal to them but it was for me I got a great deal and good customer service Thanks Z'Don and Zando not the first or last time your give me great service
