Way too disappointed,Zando is relaxed

For the 4th time today..I’ve been ordering the same item and when it has to be delivered,The item is out of stock..no communication,no nothing! I had to call and find out for myself I mean how do you first advertise an item you don’t have ,accept the order and payment knowing exactly that it doesn’t exist?I used to love Zando a lot but honestly it’s becoming more and more disappointing..not the Zando I’ve fallen in love with.
