WARNING: NEVER BUY FROM ZANDO

My online purchase consisted of two items which were paid for and set for delivery. One of the items was then all of a sudden out of stock (even though it was available when I paid for it). A bit annoying but fine. They advised of a credit refund for the amount paid but I asked for the money to be put back on my card as there was nothing else I wanted to buy. The second item was supposed to be delivered weeks ago - only to find out Zando had cancelled that order and no one on Zando's side could pick up why? I have emailed and call countless times to find out why the second item was just cancelled by Zando for no reason but no one replies. The 'customer service' at Zando is disgusting - I still have none of my money back from this order (even for the item out of stock). NEVER BUY FROM ZANDO! Superbalist is so much better.
