Warning: Bad quality, delayed delivery

I have bought clothes and shoes from Zando 3 times, order numbers: ********** 69, ********** 29 and ********** 29. These clothes cost me thousands. All the shoes except one pair have since broken after wearing it once or twice. The clask bag was delivered with a broken zip and looked like cheap plastic (for R700!). A top from the last order looked old and washed out and unravelled at the seam after I fitted it for the first time. A dress from the first order came apart as it was stiched with ordinary thread on a stretch fabric. A top delivered to me on the last order was maternity wear and not marked maternity wear on the website. The delivery was also late and delayed because the damaged broken zip bag I ordered was apparently a "market item" and had to be quality checked before delivery! I am thoroughly disgusted by the bad quality and poor customer service. I will never order from this company again and will keep the bad quality goods to show everybody what Zando is about. I fear if I return it I will waste more time and money as there is absolutely no helpful communication from their side and a lot of misleading info and poor quality goods. I even left a message and photo of the broken zip bag on their Facebook, no communication from their side whatsoever. Please be warned.
