Waiting for refund over 3 weeks

<p>I ordered a dress from Zando, and it was big when I fit it. So I requested to return it while I ordered a size smaller. When the correct dress arrived I gave the big dress to the delivery guy, Christopher.</p> <p>I am very frusrated with Zando as I dont have my refund of R400 since the dress was collected on the 22nd of March 2017. Everytime I called I am told a different story, either the dress as not arrived or the refund is being processed or I will be called back or I have to relate my story again.</p> <p>I want my money back today!!!!</p>
