Waiting 2 weeks for my order

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I placed an order on the 18th of April and still have not received my order. It has been paid but not delivered.</p> <p>I contacted the call centre 4 times this morning already where I am on hold for longer than 5 Minutes.</p> <p>When someone eventually answered the call, I held for another 10 minutes just for the call to be dropped.</p> <p>Can someone please get back to me in this regard???</p>
