Vouchers given - cant use them? !

I signed up and received vouchers - went thru the site and found a few items I wanted.

I went to check out and was told I cannot use my voucher. Eventually found out that these vouchers can not be used on Sales items? Most of your website is marked down???? How on earth do you provide a voucher you can not use?

I am NOT impressed and cancelled my entire order. There is NOTHING on the sign up page stating can not be used on sale items etc.

Will be sure to take Zando off my online shopping list from now on.
