VERY VERY VERY Dissapionted 1st time Zando customer

I have placed an order with Zando on the 3rd December'18. They cleary state that delivery will take place between 3-5 working days, on friday I receive an email saying HOW SORRY THEY are and that my Estimate delivery date will only be on Thursday the 13th December'18. Part of my parcel is for our office Secret santa which is tomorrow.

This was my first and believe me my very last order with ZANDO. Communication and service is not up to standard.
