Very very poor service in fact terrible

<p>I place an order with Zando Monday night order number ********** 86 and paid for 2 working days delivery...Now my problem is that they have sent me an SMS in the morning confirming my delivery for the 1 December 2016..Now I waited for my delivery the whole day and left work at 6pm and my order still hasn't arrived...I also took the initiative and phone Zando and I was promised that my order will be delivery before 5pm on 1 December 2016..It never arrived. The reason I paid for the delivery is because I will be out of the country from 2 December 2016..Now who do they think is gonna accept my order.. really very poor service..people don't pay for the emergency deliveries they are not worth your money very useless</p> <p>POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE </p>

I am a very angry client regarding Zando..I place an order with Zando 3 weeks ago order number ********** 86 and ********** 86 and paid for 2 working days delivery... the 1st order wsd delivered late and the 2nd one it was never delivered...Now my problem is that they have sent me an SMS confirming my order will be delivered for the 1 December 2016..Now I have waited for my delivery and my order still hasn't arrived...I also took the initiative and phone Zando and I was promised that my order will be delivery before 5pm on 1 December 2016..It never arrived.
