VERY URGENT ORDER NOT DELIVERED WHEN REQUESTED AND NO RESPONSES ON E-MAILS

<p>I will never in my life again order from Zando!!! On Monday, 28/11/2016 I placed an order for very specific shoes to be delivered today, 01/12/2016 since I am attending a very high and formal meeting tomorrow at 08h00. No one has responded to 6 of my e-mails I sent and I have contacted Zando several times and they cannot assist me on this urgent basis even though on 28/11/2016 I sent an e-mail and made it clear that I really need this delivery by today!!! When I placed the order there was NO OPTION for an urgent delivery payment which is why I sent an e-mail. This order serves no purpose anymore since I needed it today!</p>
