Very unprofessional service

My first time purchasing and my first R250 off was taken but my order failed! Then when trying to do my purchase again it says I used the R250!! What a ****!

I then spoke to a agent and she said I’ll get my code but the finance department must fetch it 🤔 that does not even make sense! They are extremely unprofessional
