Very poor service

Very disappointing service. When I placed my order it was for 5 to 7 days. It's been longer than that and no delivery. I have sent them a FB message - no response, wrote on their FB timeline - no response. This ahead of the festive season where we buy outfits for special occasions and for gifts. I have an event coming up on Sunday that I bought the one dress for - but no dress so I guess i will be going in one of my old, not so appropriate outfits. First world problems I know but when you pay for a service you expect follow-ups. And when you buy form two competitors and they deliver within two days.... (expect to lose cutomers). The call centre just rings and rings and no response and they have this standard, lame notice up on Facebook saying they're "sorry" for late deliveries - no reason given, no direct responses to clients and they give these stock-standard responses to the over 1 000 customers complaining "we are doing our best"...... NOT COOL!
