very poor customer service

My order was supposed to be delivered on the 27th march, no phone call nothing from their courier partner, i called the next day only to be told the delivery failed, due to unknown reasons, they couldn't give me the courier details so i can follow up on my order myself. when i asked that it must be delivered in cape town because i will be there for the Easter, i was told it can only be delivered there on Tuesday, seriously? i'll never buy anything from this store.
