Very pathetic service

Very excited I ordered my husbands Christmas gift from zando, was verty disappointed to see on the website from 3-5 working days delivery to 7-14 but non the less it was Desember so I understood. Order the gift got a confirmation email saying my orderd was confirmed on 17 Des ok next email my package was send 19 Des estimate delivery day, 24 Desember, 24 Desember no package phoned them since the 19th EVERY DAY twice a day NO ANSWER. Eventually on the 24th i got through they tell me ok no i will get my package on friday 27th . 27th came and gone no package , phoned again 31st Desember they told me they will sort it out they will let me know. Now today Friday 3 JANUARY still no feedback OR package!!! Very pathetic service and i will never ever make use of Zando again !!!
