Very disappointed with the slow delivery process

Really disappointed to find out that my order will not arrive this week. I placed and paid for an order early Monday morning. Expecting it to arrive before the end of this week. Delivery said it will be 3-5 days. It's now Friday and still no word about my order. I contact Zando Customer Services to find out if my package would arrive today and the lady informs me that it will only arrive on Monday.

I planned on using these items over this weekend. It's really shocking that it would take this long to get to its destination. Monday to Friday is 5 Days. Monday to Monday is 8!

My order was dispatched on that Tuesday, I find it impossible to believe that its taking 4 days to get to my Office in a main centre area in Durban.

If my products do not arrive today, and in fact arrives next week - Then this is the last bit of business I will do with Zando.
