Very bad service from Zando!

I ordered shoes on the 12th of June 2015 for next day delivery as i needed the shoes for a Funeral urgently so i paid extra R60 for next day...today is the 22nd of June i have still not received the shoes and the funeral was last Friday already!!!! i will never trust Zando again to deliver anything for me! Very very bad service!!...hope i will get my shoes before 2016!
