VERY BAD SERVICE

Never in my life had I experience such bad service. I have placed and order on the 25th of November and still today I didn't get any feedback from Zando I followed Up on the 27th Of Nov and they confirmed that they will deliver on between the 2nd of Dec and the 4th of Dec. I left early on the 29th of Nov and my friend called me to say Zando is here to deliver and I told how can this be cause they were only supposed to come on the 2nd and they never send me an e-mail to say that they will come the 29th. They than said they will come on Monday the 2nd and never pitched. I called from the 3rd of Dec to follow up when they will come and all I heard is they are busy with my order and they will deliver soon I called very day and stayed and work till 4:30 in case they will deliver but nothing. I called every day since than and I spoke to a Bianca who said they came to deliver 3 times already and they could not find me and that's a lie cause I waited myself for this order and followed up daily with no results whatsoever. I called again today and Bianca said they will deliver on Tuesday now cause they were waiting for my feedback I wonder what feedback they are waiting for cause they never made contact with me I am the one following up on a daily basis. I am a online shopper and never had I had so much problems to get something delivered to me I will never Order from Zando again and I mean you pay for the service that you don't even get.
