Very bad quality of items

I purchase a watch from Zando - after 2 weeks the strap broke and I send it back after a struggle they credited me and gave me a 200 gift voucher. So I purchased another watch (more expensive Bad Girl Silver watch)<br> And after 3 weeks the silver started to fade - now I'm sitting with half silver/bronze watch. But keep in mind you can only send the watch back within 30 days and you do have a warranty for a year but the4 catch is it excludes the band - so I have a watch that I can do nothing with just a waste of money AGAIN. So I will really not recommend anyone to buy a watch from them - except if you are planning to send it back every time within a month. Really very disappointed.<br>
