Very bad and most expensive lesson with Zando

Dears, Be careful with your next purchase at Zando!! I have just learned the most expensive online shopping lesson of my life with Zando. Apparently you cannot return an items such as a kaftan!!! They must have had the items in stock, cause the parcel was delivered in a couple of days and not as if the goods had to come from overseas still. Should have stayed with my first option Superbalist. Bye bye Zando!!!!
