Very angry customer.

I had placed an order at Zando which was supposed to be delivered to me over a week ago. I have been calling and they have been promising to deliver, what I hate the most is that they are behaving as if they are doing me a favour or I am receiving this items for free and I have paid for them in full. I am really not happy with Zando, it should not take them two weeks to deliver. I phoned them again today and they promised me that my parcel would be delivered today but nothing has happened. I had to phone three times last week as well as this week. This is just real disrespect.
