UTTER NONSENSE SERVICE SECOND TIME FROM ZANDO ORDER ***

Good Day,

I cannot utter enough how much disgusted i am with your service.

After so many calls i have made to follow up on my order and to check on it no human even got back to me to give me feedback all they know to is escalate which i don't know to who as nothing ever gets done.

On the 24th no communication was done with coming to deliver the parcel or anything and i had no cash.I called them on the 24th to make the delivery on the 25th i waited and i called they said it's out on delivery.

I call again today seeing that time is passing and still no delivery.Only to find out again there was failure of delivery how when i was here they whole since in the morning.

The point is i am on leave till the 02nd of May going home to Swaziland i need my order before the end of the please urgently assist.
