Useless Zando

Pathetic service received. Order placed a week ago and to date no movement. Too good to take our money but can't deliver. Phone your call centre and wait more than 30 minutes yet no answer, email you guys and 3 days later no response!!!! What pathetic customer service. If you cannot fulfil my order then return my money with interest!
