Useless Service - Never buy from them
<p>I ordered 2 shirts on the 25th of November last week Friday the status was still Processing. I called in to cancel my order and get my money back and I'm still waiting. I just logged in again and its still stating Processing. Really pathetic service and I will NEVER use this service again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned it 5 minutes ago and they are trying to get confirmation of the cancellation from the supplier. That has nothing to do with me. That's your own procedure to follow. Why should this be done before the process can continue? Then only after that is done one day the procedure for refund will start which takes between 5 and 7 days depending on your bank. </p> <p> </p> <p>This isn't 1990. Start operating like a business or just close your doors. Useless service and never again will my browser even see your website.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
