Useless abd pathetic customer service from Zando

Someone needs to address zando and the shocking customer service they provide. They dont get back to you at all. You pay for express delivery but get normal deliverly instead. They refuse to give me feedback. Super useless. Buy from superbalist rather much better experience each time
