URGENT URGENT REQUEST - WEDDING ON THE LINE IF PARCEL ISNT RECEIVED

I have placed an order with you and i have been trying to reach your call center on ********** without any luck. I've held on for 15 minutes, then 20 minutes, then 30 minutes and nothing doing. I've emailed with no reply and even sent a message of FB. The order i placed with you IS FOR A WEDDING and if not received in time, it would be a disaster. There are a number of clients who haven't received their parcels and i cannot afford for that with this parcel. Please can you urgently follow up and ensure that this parcel will be delivered by next week. I need confirmation on this. I am even willing to pay an extra fee for urgency if need be.
