************* and Pathetic Company

I placed an order on the 12th of August, which was only delivered on the 26th of August. A R550 item was missing from the box, yet on their website it was marked as delivered. I informed them of the situation the same day as the delivery. I have emailed and/or called almost everyday since, asking either for the item to be delivered or for a refund. They have yet to do anything. It appears that *****ing from their customers is not an issue for them. Truly disgusting.
