Unreliable

I ordered from Zando and selected the next day delivery option. 48 hours later I had nothing and called the customer care line only to be told that there was an issue with the order but they couldn’t tell me what it was. I was told they would call me back. Hours later I had heard nothing and got an email saying that my order is cancelled- without any instruction from me to do that. Subsequent to that a new order was generated by someone (not me). I was adamant that if it didn’t arrive the very next day I would no longer have a need for the items. I was reassured that the order would be expedited and I would get the package the following morning. It’s 2 days later, no package and no communication from the zando team.
