Unprofessional service

I ordered a shoe from Zando and they delivered a wrong color, now their agent tells me that they need me to wait 3-5 working days for a mistake that they made for them to be able to get a courier to collect the shoes then wait again for the shoe to be delivered to them then be inspected then only then can they credit me me and i can reorder once i get the voucher like ***
