UNPROFESSIONAL AND DELAYED

I purchased a item as a gift. When I recieved the item. The box was damaged and also the shoe did not fit so I returned the shoe. I still did not receive credit. Yesterday I spoke to a agent and she said they doing stock take so there is a delay in collection BUT MY ITEM WAS COLLECTED A WEEK AGO!!! WHAT HAS STOCK TAKE GOT TO DO WITH THE CUSTOMER??? THEN SHE APOLOGOZED AND SAID MY CREDIT WILL BE SORTED YESTERDAY ALREADY! BUT STILL NOTHING!!!!SERIOUSLY THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING
