Unhappy Ex Zando Customer

Zando has the worst customer service, worst returns policy, worst online store experience, the most frustrating process and the most dishonest feedback I have ever received. I am so disappointed in what I received from them and when trying to return it they were of no help at all and we’re easy to point blame and not own up to their mistakes.

I will never purchase from them again and to save yourself from a headache I would recommend you do the same.
