Undelivered orders and fed lies

So I ordered at Zando on Friday, 29th November, today is a second Friday since I made my order and I still have not received it. All they sent was a mere E-mail saying that the order will be shipped son and when I track it online, it still has not been shipped. I urgently need my goods by Wednesday the 12th and their call center decides to put me on hold.... If I knew any better I would say zando has become nothing but a *****....
