Undelivered online order! Bad service

I ordered a utopia skirt on Sunday and paid on the same day. I expected my delivery from Wednesday 03/04. Today (05/04/2019), I was at work and my mother was home expecting my delivery. At 14:30, I received an email saying my order was delivered. I got home to find that nothing was delivered, nothing was signed for. Where the hell is my skirt?? This is completely unacceptable! I am furious! Unfortunately, I ordered another item and expect it to be delivered next week. After that, I will no longer purchase anything from Zando. I want my skirt ASAP!!!
