Undelivered Goods

Hi. I bought a pair of shoes on the 22nd of December Ref# ********** 39 for R329. The following day the same shoe (Christina Platform heel) was on the Zando website priced at R529. Zando sent me an email saying the shoes are out of stock. I called the call centre and I told them that the shoes are still advertised on their website there the is still stock for a size 4, worst of all a fried of mine ordered the same size paid the 529, and her order was delivered after 5 days

Since the 28th of December I have called Zando contact centre, and the order has been redone ( ********** 39, ********** 48 17th Jan 18, ) wrote to their customer service *** to date haven't received a feedback from any one. and the last time I called Zando on the 17th of Jan the shoes were still advertised on their website

At this point I don't want a refund I want the shoes to be delivered to me.
