Unbelievablely Bad Service

I placed my order with Zando online on Friday 31st July.Their lead time for delivery is 3-5 Days Maximum.<br> On the following Tuesday the 4th of August i received a friendly message saying \Your Zando order *** is out on delivery today"Great Tuesday comes and goes nothing...not even a phone call.<br> Wednesday i phone to find out and they assure me the order is definitely on its way to me. Wednesday comes and goes nothing.Fri comes and I phone again. They proceed to tell me they are experiencing problems with their courier company RTT. Bearing in mind this is my First ever order with Zando"
