Unacceptable Poor Service

<p>I hereby wish to express my disappointment in the recent service that i have been getting. I placed a few orders in this last week. I have received my orders but some boxes are torn, dirty and very unneat. One pair of my shoes I even received in a plastic bag with no box. I do not think this is acceptable. I regard myself as a loyal customer (check your records) and thus think I deserve decent and neat service. Ive sent an e-mail about this regard but nobody has responded. I hope I can get some assistance.</p>
