Twow weeks still no delivery

I purchased boots last week and am still waiting for them to be delivered. The order #*** is still outstanding even after email and telephonic enquiries. They never care to reply to emails. I bought these out of need, and now I feel that Im being held to ransom. It's my first time doing business with Zando, but with such pathetic service then it will most likely be my last.
