Treacherous Service

I ordered shoes last week they were supposed to be delivered on Friday the 4th as it was a cash on delivery , I lost a phone but immediately called them to update my details , haven’t heard from them that same Friday , kept telling me my order will be delivered on Monday , It’s Thursday today and I was advised my order was returned back to Cape Town..
