Totally reap off

I am so disappointed with Zando I've been their customer for ages but I bought a Malaysian body weave for R999 only to find that is not 100% human hair for the price they charge and the package is written no return or refund for hygiene how can they do that while you can see it is **** without even using it i want my money to be refunded I don't do **** her such an expensive synthetic hair no thanks
