Took my money but refund voucher is invalid

I finally managed to log return for my order from the beginning of December. In January i got an email saying return has been accepted. And a voucher number provided. I selected store credit since i felt it easier. I now realised i made a huge mistake. I've been trying to purchase things only to be told that the coupon could notbe added. What the hell is going on. I want my money back now. Im sick of zando and i dont wish to buy anything from that site. R549 is due to me. Please refund my account i initially used.
