*******, very bad customer service

On the 15th of June, I tried buying shoes on Zando. I think there were technical issues that resulted in the company taking money from my account but they did not deliver. I received an email indicating that payment was not received while money was deducted in my account. I have been trying to get hold of the them with no luck. I do have proof that the koney was deducted and never corrected.

Their bot chat always says there is no agent that can I attend me. They never respond to my emails.it is almost 2 weeks and I have lost my R379, that I have worked hard for.
