******* or Incompetence not sure which

I placed an order on Sunday for 3 pairs of shoes. I was informed via email that 2 pairs would come together and 1 pair separate. today I received what they say should have been the 2 pairs of shoes but was actually only 1 pair of shoes and this is now marked as both received, i can't get hold of anyone cause they only deal in emails and those take 2 days. so now what do i do. this service is shocking and I would loath to use Zando again let alone tell anyone else to use them.
