******* have no honor!

So I placed an order with you guys on 29th Nov and was told that my order cannot be processed. I after 2 emails and 5 phone calls attempts to get through to you got a reply on Facebook on the 03 Dec 2018 saying that I will be refunded and that it will take 7-10 days. Today is the 15th 12 days since that reply and still no money. Your service is pathetic and you guys take no honor in your word. I want my money today!
