<p>I ordered clothes from zando online 2 weeks back. They informed me via email about the date of delivery by when it was too late for me to change the address I gave them. I then called in to tell them that the courier comp MUST call me before delivery so that I can tell him where to leave my parcel. That did not happen. I got an email saying my parcel was delivered! !!!! When calling zando for the 4th time they still didn't knw where it was delivered or who signed for it. And NO ONE has called me back. My parcel of more than over R1000 is now either floating somewhere or someone else has it. I am so disgusted in the poor service that zando has come down to. I will now take legal action.</p>
