They ****med me

I placed an order on the Zando website and during payment something went wrong with Zando's website and I lost a R150 to them. I contacted them and explained that due to their system I had lost R150. They refused to refund me! Even though they had taken my money and not placed my order they refuse to refund me the money they had taken!

I have had other issues with this company and their response has always been very poor. Best to avoid them completely rather.
