I had the worst shopping experience with Zando and will never deal with them again. I advise others not to purchase anything from them. It's been almost a month and I have not received my refund of R2000 Fayroza and Cassey promised me the eft was done and would reflect but I am still waiting. I am so angry and frustrated. I never had this problem with Superbalist or anyone else. They are rogues that just ***** people's monies and do not refund monies back. If I had known I would never have dealt with them and now I won't get my money back. DO NOT SHOP AT ZANDO THEY ARE ********** AND DON'T PROCESS REFUNDS INSTEAD KEEP THE MONEY FOR THEMSELVES. They are disgraceful and *********** and should be shut down. People be cautious and do not shop at Zando. I am regretting it now.
