Zando really still has a long way to go when it comes to being a proper E-Commerce store! I will honestly not buy from you again.<br> <br> My nightmare started on 8 March 2016 08:42 when I bought 2 discounted R300 vouchers from you. Your adverti*****t said 'Buy today, Spend tomorrow. The next day when I followed up why my vouchers were not received, I spoke to 3 different people(Megan, Luke, Nurahn). 2 Advise me they are doing it immediately and the last time I phoned I was then told that it would only be yesterday. Isn't that false advertising?<br> <br> So yesterday morning I checked, still not active. Phoned 2 times. Was promised it will be sorted. Phoned a 3rd time, finally spoke to someone that was really prepared to help me 'Nurahn'. She honestly was the best person I have dealt with so far at Zando.
