The worse online shopping experience

No assistance with my return and the days to return the order item are running out. I called the courier service dpd laser and they are even worse that zando. Had no reason as to why my order hasnt been collected un over 10 business days. Zando support chat also has as uselss. No idea what to do at this stage wbs driving to germiston to return the order myself is not a viable option.
