Terrible Terrible Service Delivery

<p>I bought my shoes and earrings from Zando on the 19 th October 2016. I was told that my goods will be delivered between the 26th and 28 th October. On the 26th I called Zando to confirm if my order is on the way, and I was told that it will be delivered on time. On the 28th October I call Zando again to track my order I spoke to Niche on the phone and she told me that my order was handed to the courier and there were some delays. Niche promised that she will find out what's happening from the courier and let me know what's happening. Niche never called me back now my weekend was ruined thanks to you Zando because I had an outfit planned.. Terrible terrible service Ever. </p>
